The client has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product if it does not correspond to the one requested or does not meet their expectations. In this case, PICKAP will proceed to refund the amount paid.


In general, the requirements established by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users must be met, which regulates the right of withdrawal, as established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, and Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007, of November 16, which adapt the community directives issued on the protection of consumers and users.


Whenever you buy at PICKAP you can enjoy the "right of withdrawal". This means that, within a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order, the customer can return the products regardless of the reason.

Returns of Underwear and Accessories are not allowed: Boxers, ties, bow ties, glasses, scarves, gloves, wallets, bags, socks, belts and hats.


To notify us of the withdrawal, the customer must send an email notification to return@pickapshop.com, with the order data (order reference and details of the product to be returned, which you will find in your account in the "my orders" section ) within the 30 calendar days established by law. Once received, we will start the process, notifying you by email of the process to follow. Our parcel company will take care of collecting your return.

Your return will be free if it is less than 65% of your order. Make the return and we will pay you the cost of the return along with the price of the returned product.


Consequences of withdrawal


After verifying that the exercise of your right of withdrawal is not limited by any of the legally foreseen exceptions (the product must be in the same state in which it was received, and with its original label and packaging), we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for the returned items, once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its status. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, in any case, no expenses will be incurred as a result of the reimbursement (See Shipping Terms and Costs).


Legitimate Use Clause

We know that most of our loyal customers shop wisely and only return items when needed. We understand that sometimes what arrives is not exactly what you expected and you need to return it. Sounds good to us, and that is why we think that it is important to continue offering you the ease of return deadlines.


Therefore, it is highly unlikely that this new clause will affect you. It will help us, above all, to contact the few buyers who buy very often and then return almost all items. We cannot ignore the impact this is having on our environment and we want to do our bit to reduce it.


If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity that we believe is not normal, for example, or we suspect that someone is using the items and returning or purchasing and returning much more than a loyal customer would purchase, we would then have to deactivate that account and any associated account.
