These general conditions of purchase regulate the offer and purchase through the online store included in this website, which offers Fashion and Dress products.

The use of the services of the PICKAP online store implies adherence to these general conditions of purchase as published at the time of ordering. We invite you to consult them in case of doubt before making your purchase.

Scope of the contract

These general conditions of purchase apply to all Fashion and Dress products offered on this website, and are sold directly by PICKAP (Hnos. Barbero Arroyo, SL), with CIF B23401433 and domicile at Avda. Cristo Rey, No. 15. CP 23400 Úbeda (Jaén).

Website customers who place orders through the online store must be over 18 years old. PICKAP reserves the right to cancel those accounts in which fraudulent acts or a bad faith use of the services offered are detected.

Purchasing process

To purchase a product must be added to the shopping cart from its corresponding file. Discount coupons or gift vouchers may be used if available.
The customer can create a password-protected user account, which he can use in all subsequent purchases, or enter his data without creating an account. Next, you must accept the purchase conditions and choose the desired payment method.

The customer will receive a confirmation message of their order in their email account, and a tracking link will be provided to check the status of their order at all times.


The prices applicable to the orders placed are those that appear on the website at the time of purchase. These prices include VAT.
PICKAP reserves the right to modify the product catalog and prices of its website at any time and without prior notice. To avoid errors, it is convenient for the user to always access an updated version of the website. Orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment of formalization.

Payment method

Payment method PICKAP website may be paid via PayPal or Credit Card, Transfer and Cash on Delivery.
All transactions through the PICKAP website are carried out under the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol, which guarantees the confidentiality and encryption of the transmitted data, as well as the identity of the seller.
However, it is the buyer's responsibility to make good use of their bank and personal data, as well as the custody of their passwords to prevent fraudulent use.


The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product if it does not correspond to the requested one or does not meet their expectations. In this case, PICKAP will proceed to refund the amount paid.

In general, the requirements established by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users must be met, which regulates the right of withdrawal, as established in Law 3/2014, of March 27 and Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007, of November 16, adapting the community directives issued on the protection of consumers and users.

Whenever purchased in PICKAP you can enjoy the “right of withdrawal”. This means that, for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, the customer can return the products regardless of the reason.

To notify us of the withdrawal, the client must download and complete this form, which can be sent by email to return@pickapshop.com within 14 calendar days established by law. You must print this form and insert it in the package. Our parcel company will take care of picking up your return.

Consequences of withdrawal

After verifying that the exercise of your right of withdrawal is not limited by any of the legally provided exceptions (the product must be in the same state in which it was received, and with its original label and packaging), we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for the items returned, once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of it. We will make the refund without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement  ( See Terms and Shipping Costs ).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions of purchase are subject to the legislation in force in Spain. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the buyer.
